This is an epic fantasy jewel of a novel. There was the actual battle and it certainly didn’t disappoint neither in action nor in emotional impact. The badass female characters that this book overflows with are obviously a great addition to it especially Sabran and Ead. I was a complete mess whenever they appeared together. So perfect.
