The battle for Camp Jupiter is over. New Rome is safe. Tarquin and his army of the undead have been defeated. Somehow Apollo has made it out alive, with a little bit of help from the Hunters of Artemis.
But though the battle may have been won, the war is far from over.
Now Apollo and Meg must get ready for the final - and, let's face it, probably fatal - adventure. They must face the last emperor, the terrifying Nero, and destroy him once and for all.
Can Apollo find his godly form again? Will Meg be able to face up to her troubled past? Destiny awaits . . .
The Tower of Nero (The Trials of Apollo Book #5)
I've been avid fan of Rick Riordan since he started Percy Jackson, this final installment has been awesome and amazing. Loving the end and the conclusion of Apollo of his adventures in the human world. Wish more to come from Uncle Rick!!
This book was fantastic! It was a fantastic way to end the season!!
The story was more amusing than thrilling. The entire plot is action packed, with Team Apollo having to overcome one seemingly impossible obstacle after another. Great book.
I finished the book in one sitting and experienced a Lot of emotions lol. Apollo keeping Jason's words in mind and ends up being more human by the end was really nice. I really like the ending and kinda sad that I won't get to read abt Apollo and Meg's relationship again. Hopefully we'll get to see them in another series.
