Staff Review
An assassin with a mysterious past,
Condemned to die, offered a way out but with strings attached.
A promising start to the series. The story gets interesting half way through – a good mix of warrior/ assassin, love/hate, secret/scandal and magic.
This was a fantastic read for me. The characters were well-developed and well-formed.
This book exceeded my expectations in every way. There were so many details on each page, and the battle scenes had me wanting to read more.
Each character was great developed and made me want to learn more about the story.
