Picking up after Throne of Glass, Celaena has been obeying the king's orders as she is now the King's Champion, in desperation to be freed of her past assassinations, she is practically the king's slave, slitting throats and heads off on anyone who gets in the way of the king's mysterious plans. There are secrets and discoveries, romances and enemies, there's the fight for life and the struggle to death. A definite must read series, masterfully constructed with an engaging plot with sublime characters. Highly recommended!
