Trust Yourself: Stop Overthinking and Channel Your Emotions for Success at Work

This book is very authentic. Written for a specific purpose - high achievers that face challenges overcoming their own personal barriers. It doesn't try to be everything to everyone, but it is sincere, rooted in data and has a lot of heart. There are some really unique takes on overcoming issues (she says "don't set goals" and her reasoning is super interesting.). Recommended.
