This book is great illustrated and it is written like the life programs super entertaining. The book is a summary. Which in itself is not bad, some new topics or at least other “stories”. They are, for the most part, really the same. Despite the fact, it is also content that you have to call into the brain over and over again to implement - since it is built as a workbook, it is especially good for that with his podcast and as an interview guest from other inspiring people. The book is totally authentic, he writes exactly as he is. Find especially great are small exercises, questions with which you can work on your own goals!
