Vlad is the youngest member of the Impaler family, a once-glorious dynasty of vampires. Now they live on the outskirts of an unremarkable English town but, nevertheless, their expectations for Vlad are high...So when it becomes clear that the littlest vampire in Misery Manor is more interested in reading books about human children than transforming himself into a bat and driving terror through the hearts of the locals, it's a huge disappointment.
