Having been banned from the beach due to his enormous fart that blew away Mr. and Mrs. Crabbe's beach umbrella, Walter waits in the house for the return of his friends Betty and Billy, but when they, along with the Crabbes, are marooned on a sandbar, they all shout for Walter to come and rescue them!
