When the Dust Fell

When a pregnant Sarah Long gets the message that her sister is alive and needs rescuing, she braves the dangers both terrestrial and alien to find her, boarding an ancient city-sized ship that has used mysterious powers to turn half the Earth into deserts of black dust.
