This is a transcription of 3 lectures given by Frankl within 9 months of his release from the concentration camp. His wisdom is so inspiring and encouraging. It is not a long book but it is quite deep.

Very interesting and well written. Easy to carry around. Suitable for everyone.

This book is intellectually honest and formally written. Still consider it as a light read but dives deeper into discovering values of life via the lectures.

There are many moments of fear and sorrow. This book restored my faith in my strength to endure. A perfect read
