Each chapter is one short page that gives mostly practical advice about applying Buddhist principles to everyday life. It's a translation from a Japanese original, and is a window into Japanese culture as well as Zen thinking. Some of the chapters are very straightforward and easy to relate to. You might find out that you are already following some of the concepts in your everyday life without knowing they are part of the Zen way of thinking. A nice and easy reading.
