Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
I am half way thru reading it. A very intresting book and highly recommended it to who ever has a wish to change their habits.
A good book
A wonderful self help book written in plain and simple English. James Clear connects with the reader very well as most of what he has written will be very relatable with each reader. Moreover, he also explains various techniques on developing and sustaining a good habit and also gives tips on how to break bad habits. He also uses various diagrams and graphs which I found to be very useful. I do not want to reveal and of those interesting facts...Read it if you want to be more productive.
Really like the book overall and super recommended for anyone wanting to learn more about creating new habits and destroying old ones. Easy to read and well explained.
