About the Author

Susanne Ng is a Singapore-based scientist-turned-chef instructor with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. She started a buzz among international baking communities when she shared the novel use of traditional chiffon cake to create fun and attractive cake designs with the launch of the Creative Baking series. She has since published several best-selling cookbooks under the same series, in addition to a Pusheen cookbook featuring a variety of cute bakes.

Susanne’s cake creations went viral worldwide in 2017, when New York-based Mashable spotlighted her cakes. Media outlets from the UK, Italy, Japan and China subsequently reported on her creations. Susanne has collaborated with major brands such as Sanrio, Pusheen, Disney and the Food Network.
