“Increasingly, it’s up to workers to define their own happiness and success in this ever-moving landscape,” they write, and chapter by chapter, they demonstrate how to build positive change, wherever you are in your career. Whether you want to stay in your job and make it a more meaningful experience, or if you decide it’s time to move on, Evans and Burnett show you how to visualize and build a work-life that is productive, engaged, meaningful, and more fun.
This book amazes me! Because it teaches us how to design our own working environment and life, so that we are feel more comfortable and relaxed. No longer tired of work, and can improve work efficiency, increase production, and make life happier and more comfortable.
We cannot change people surrounding us. But we have a full power towards ourselves on how we are gonna create our own work-life for it to be interesting, exciting so that we can be constantly engaged at our workplace. We do not have to wait until we become a boss to design our work life, being an employee also possible to create our own. Because we own our business. Such a great book!
