Well written with simple details on the illustrations. One of my favourites in this book is about the happy memory tip. The author said that in order to be remembered by everyone during a talk is to bring a pineapple on stage with you. This is something about being different or having your own identity in a good way. So people will reminds of you when they see something that is your signature. Also, this book is a helpful reminder of what truly matters in life. Good one!
This was a great book for anyone who is struggling during a difficult time. It was a good remainder of what matters most in life and how to appreciate those time.
Such a comforting read, both informative and humorous. The book cover is beautiful too.
What's the relationship between making memories and happiness? Why we look back at certain time of our life memories and we feel happy about it. This book will explore the science of our memory and how it affect our
happiness. Very well written with a good sense of humor and lots of examples.
