Brandon Sanderson's epic fantasy trilogy overturns the expectations of readers and then goes on to tell the epic story of evil overturned in a richly imagined world. A thousand years ago evil came to the land and has ruled with an iron hand ever since. The sun shines fitfully under clouds of ash that float down endlessly from the constant eruption of volcanoes. A dark lord rules through the aristocratic families and ordinary folk are condemned to lives in servitude, sold as goods, labouring in the ash fields. But now a troublemaker has arrived and there is rumour of revolt. A revolt that depends on criminal that no-one can trust and a young girl who must master Allomancy - the magic that lies in all metals. A word of mouth success in the states the Mistborn trilogy has, this year, broken onto the New York Times Bestseller list. The time is ripe for its success to cross the Atlantic
The Final Empire (Mistborn #1)
Good excellent service
The book in itself was a spectacular ride. It was easy to read yet has so much depth and everything can be pictured in your mind really clearly. The only downside is when I got the book, there was already a dead bug on page 466 on delivery. It did take me out of the reading experience for a page or 2, the book has quickly become my favourite. However, it will still bother me quite a bit on rereads of if I lend the book to someone else.

Well, let me tell you about this book. This book is one of the greatest I have ever feasted on. It sucked me in completely from the very first page. The book is majestically original like no other. All the events, characters, the world itself told in the book were so believable. The roller coaster of emotions was so intense that I want to die hahaha. By the mid of the book, I could feel that the character I grown attached to, would not make it to the end and I cried while reading (I have a bit headache now). I didn’t want this book to end but what else should I do than to complete the journey? This book is so worthy for the lack of sleep I had since the weekend started.
Oh and I been listening to this song on repeat when I was on the last 100 pages. It made me feels like I was in the story observing the battles rather than reading them.
“I bring you a message from a friend of ours"
“He can’t be killed"
“He is hope”
