Trillion Dollar Coach

This book gives a very different perspective to Silicon Valley. Usually we believe that to be a great & successful leader or entrepreneur one need to be ruthless and autocratic. However Bill Campbell gave a completely different perspective to leadership. You can be kind and generous and yet be equally successful. Must read for all managers and entrepreneurs. For all those running or building teams, this book is a must. Great insight into the things that matter when working, managing and dealing with people. Bill Campbell was a blessing to those who had the honor of being coached by him. Eric tries to turn these lessons into a playbook for managers and leaders around the world. Recommended to all those trying to assemble a team around something important.

Schmidt, Rosenberg and Eagle have written both an ode to this self-effacing man who preferred to stay in the shadows, and a guide to the way Campbell brought people on . . . The book explains Campbell's various approaches to getting the best out of people
